Villen für den Ruhestand

Eine Villa, mit oder ohne Pool, beide Optionen gibt es in allen unseren Modellen.

Im Folgenden konzentrieren wir uns auf eine Villa mit Pool in verschiedenen Größen des Hauses sowie auf die Grundstücksoptionen

In phase 1:

we have plots of 240m2 or a little bigger, 15×16 meter, here we can setup a 114 m2 villa with 2 rooms and 1,5 bathrooms.
A plot of 480 m2 with a 114m2 house with 2 bedrooms and 1,5 bathroom or 151 m2 house with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathroom.

In phase 2:

bigger plots are available, around 650 m2 and up. Here we have the option to build models of 200m2 or 236 m2, 253 m2 and 285 m2 or something you wish to modify or to make as long the colors matches with the project.

In the houses we use real materials, no particle board but natural stone and wood.
